I must say that I impressed myself with this culinary experiment. I purchased a couple beef testicles…I guess you call that a full sack. The butcher shop where I sourced the balls recommended I use them in a chili. This is a little documentary of me making the bull testicle chili. I didn’t know what to expect or if I would even eat this stuff. I was happily surprised that it tasted very good. No weird flavors. It just tasted like normal chili. Would you try some?
